"How does remote accounting service work?"

There are three main ways we do remote accounting:

1. QuickBooks Remote Access. WebEx®, a powerful and extremely secure remote desktop sharing solution.

2. Remote Access Virtual Private Network. Client virtual desktops and applications can be hosted on Gateway’s secure VPN.

3. QuickBooks On-line Version.

"How often will you do my bookkeeping and financial reports?"

As often as you require, it can be daily, weekly or monthly. We will enter and post transactions within 12 hours of receipt. Monthly financial reports are prepared by the 10^th of the month for the previous month.
 

"Do I need a CPA to do my bookkeeping?"

No, but you do need a professional bookkeeper to make sure that everything is accurate. As your bookkeepers we will stay in contact with your tax accountant and make sure that they have the key information they need to prepare an accurate tax returns or financial audits. All of our staff are Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisors. We are experienced in small business accounting and guarantee that our work is done completely, accurately, and on-time. Good bookkeeping is essential for accurate financial information to make key business decisions. Outsourced accounting functions can improve cost efficiencies and give your company financial expertise not available in-house.

"How do I send my data such as bank statements and receipts, etc?"

Clients can fax, mail or scan source documentation into the system on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule.
